Revocation Of Will

1. Revocation. I, [name], residing at [address], hereby revoke the Will duly executed by me on [date]. I hereby direct that it shall be null and void and not admitted to probate.
2. Intestacy. By this revocation of my Will made on [date], I hereby state that I intend to remain intestate and have my property both real and personal pass by the laws of intestacy of [state] until such time as I shall execute another will.
